than in the Central Florida (Orlando) area.
Naples has fewer development opportunities
than Central Florida and is a sought after location.
Naples homes and villas are typically
twice the price as a similar property in Orlando, but rental returns
are also higher. In the case of luxury villas the sky's the limit
in Naples so you'll be in good company here !
So the Naples real estate market is just as active
as the Orlando one but for somewhat different reasons
Though Orlando has the 'Magic Kingdom' distance
lends Naples enchantment - Naples will suit those who just like

Naples is a golfers paradise with many
stunning courses both public and private.
There are about 1,300 golf courses in Florida,
most of which have been built in the last 40 years and one-quarter
of which are less than 10 years old. The majority of the new course
construction in the state is done as part of a larger, planned community
that includes housing.
Golf is a huge business throughout the state,
employing 72,000 and producing revenues of $4.4 billion in 2000.
In addition, Florida's 3.1-million golf tourists are estimated to
account for about $23 billion a year in related spending.

Tampa International Airport is 2-3 hour
drive away, Miami International and Fort Lauderdale International
each about a 2 hours drive. Fort Myers, with International as well
as domestic flights, is about a 45 minutes drive..
Naples Municipal Airport for light traffic
and small local inter-airport 'hops' is 10 minutes from 'Downtown
Naples'.
